Welcome to Jarvis Tractor Services where we do the heavy lifting for your backyard projects. Most of us like to save a few bucks where we can, which means we DIY whenever possible. However, yard projects can become a bit overwhelming when it comes to the dirt work. You might have the skill to build that retaining wall or Koi pond, but the endless shoveling and moving materials forces us to put it off or pay big bucks for a pro to do the entire project.
We can perform the overwhelming aspects of your project giving you the opportunity to save hundreds or more by doing it yourself.
Our tractor can perform a number of procedures, including transporting aggregate materials from your driveway to your back yard, digging small holes or trenches, grading and leveling gravel or top soil, clearing and removing saplings and shrubs, as well as transporting small logs and debris.

How does our service work? First, you are your own GC, so you will have to purchase and arrange delivery of all items needed. Most suppliers provide delivery for a reasonable fee. JTS is only supplying the tractor and operator. However, we can provide labor for an additional fee.
We can do a lot in an hour! The majority of projects will take just one or two. However, a tractor is not a skid steer or excavator. Those machines are meant for doing large projects fast. They are more of a machete. Whereas a tractor is a swiss army knife. A tractor is easy on a lawn sometimes leaving only bent grass as evidence of it’s presence.
A tractor, with it’s numerous attachments and soft foot print make it ideal for existing suburban properties. Those with several acre homesteads should probably consider hiring a skid steer service.
